What is the difference between a recruitment ATS and what you build?
A full ATS handles the entire recruitment lifecycle and comes with a significant implementation and licence cost. What we build is typically a focused lead and intake system for the front end of the process — capturing and qualifying new candidates and clients consistently — that sits alongside whatever tools the agency already uses.
Can you automate candidate follow-up?
Yes. Initial acknowledgements, interview reminders, and check-in messages at key stages can all be automated. The relationship-critical moments — the actual conversations — stay with the consultant. Automation handles the admin around them.
Do you integrate with LinkedIn or job boards?
